Don't disobey to Allah

And How many cities were insolent towards the command of their Lord and His Messengers so we took each ( city ) to severe account and punished them with terrible punishment. (65:8)

This ayah describes how Allah reacted to earlier societies who showed disobedience to Allah and His Messengers.
